Lucky Star Terms & Conditions – Written in plain language, because members deserve to know.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all members using the Lucky Star (luckystar.express) platform. By accessing the site, registering, or using any of our services, you are considered to have read and agreed to these terms.

Lucky Star's primary goal is to provide a safe and enjoyable gaming environment for players in Bangladesh. We believe that if the rules aren't transparent and easy to understand, members simply can't follow them — which is why this document is written in plain, accessible language.

Alongside these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also govern your use of the platform. Together, these three documents form the complete ruleset for Lucky Star.

To open an account with Lucky Star, the following conditions must be met:

• You must have an active Bangladeshi mobile number that can be used for OTP verification.
• The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate and genuine.
• Only one account may be registered per mobile number.
• More than one account per person or household is strictly prohibited.
• Opening an account using someone else's information or identity is strictly prohibited.

To update any account information after registration, please contact Lucky Star Support. A name change will require supporting documentation.

Lucky Star is an adults-only platform. None of our services are available to anyone under 18 years of age.

A note for parents: Please ensure your underage children cannot access Lucky Star or similar platforms. If you suspect a minor is using an account, contact Lucky Star Support immediately.

The following rules apply to deposits made at Lucky Star:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 (one hundred BDT)
• Maximum Daily Deposit: ৳50,000 for regular members; higher limits apply for VIP members.
• Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from payment accounts registered in a third party's name will not be accepted and will be returned.
• There are no fees on deposits. The exact amount you send will be credited to your wallet.

Deposits are usually credited to your wallet within 1–5 minutes. If there's a delay due to network issues, please wait up to 30 minutes. If it still hasn't arrived, contact support.

The following terms and conditions apply to withdrawing funds from your Lucky Star account:

• Daily Maximum Withdrawal: ৳5,00,000 (Five Lakh BDT)
• To withdraw bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirements must be met.
• Jackpot or major prize verification may take up to 72 hours.

Lucky Star offers bonuses and promotions to enhance the experience for our members. However, each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only. Applies to the first deposit. Wagering requirement is typically ×15.
• Wagering Completion Time: Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. If not completed within this period, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Using bonuses to place risk-free arbitrage bets is strictly prohibited. If detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Each promotion has its own specific terms, which you can find on the promotions page.
• Lucky Star reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.

The following general betting rules apply to all games and betting categories at Lucky Star:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled (cashout in Live Betting is a separate feature).
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, the bet will be voided and a full refund will be issued.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the bet will be voided and the full amount will be returned to your wallet.
• Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities or glitches is strictly prohibited. Any such activity will result in immediate account closure.
• The maximum single bet limit varies by game and membership tier. The bet limit for each game is displayed before you play.

All game outcomes on Lucky Star are determined by automated systems. No staff member or manager can interfere with the result of any game.

In line with international gaming regulations and anti-money laundering guidelines, Lucky Star verifies the identity of its members. This process is known as KYC (Know Your Customer).

When Is KYC Required?

• Before your first withdrawal.
• For any single transaction of ৳50,000 or more.
• If unusual activity is suspected on an account.

Required Documents:

• National ID Card (NID) – clear photos of both sides.
• Or passport — photo of the data page.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification), if required.

Lucky Star reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Registering with false or fabricated information.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Breach of bonus terms or exploiting bonuses through abusive strategies.
• Account hacking, fraud, or any form of illegal activity.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Suspicious activity indicative of money laundering.

Upon account closure, verified deposit funds will be returned. However, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonuses will not be refunded.

If you wish to close your account, please contact support. Permanent self-exclusion requests made as part of Responsible Gaming are always honoured.

Lucky Star believes gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a source of problems in anyone's life. That's why Responsible Gaming is a core part of how we operate.

Tools available at Lucky Star:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limits: Automatic logout after a set period of inactivity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 7, 14, or 30 days.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: You may permanently deactivate your account at any time.

Lucky Star never encourages a player who is struggling to keep playing. The well-being of our members always comes first.

• Minor Changes: Only the last updated date on this page will be changed.
• Important Changes: An SMS or in-app notification will be sent to your registered mobile number.
• Material Changes: You will receive email notice at least 7 days in advance.

Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not wish to accept the new terms, contact support and request account closure — your full balance will be returned.
